Vehicles have to monitor the correct functionality of their systems to ensure that they are within the legislative thresholds.
This monitoring system informs the driver in case of a malfunction, that technical service is obligatory. The terminology diagnostics refer to the vehicle's self-diagnostic and reporting capability.

In addition, we applie a well refined and approved calibration process. Synergies derived from a high degree of automatized measurement procedures and optimization calibration tools permit a time and cost efficient workflow for the calibration and adaption of OBD-system.
Our state-of-the-art test facilities, HIL-systems and tool chains offer an effective way to validate the OBD-system, ensuring robustness and reliability. Furthermore, we offer OBD-demo testing, in accordance with legislation, at our state-of-the-art chassis-dyno and test benches. Vehicle based PVE-testing completes our on-board diagnostic work content.
