The management system and areas of ECS are certified according to
ECS department Simulation & Testing, division Fatigue Testing Services, has been accredited as a testing laboratory acc. to EN ISO/IEC 17025 with ID-No. 0381 since March 18th, 2015 by Akkreditierung Austria / Federal Ministry for Digital and Economic Affairs.

High Methodical Competence
Advanced product quality planning (APQP) is a framework of procedures and techniques used to develop products according to the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG). The APQP framework is incoporated in the MPT Global Program Management System (GPMS).
Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) is used in the complete supply chain for establishing confidence in suppliers and their production processes. The AIAG has developed this standard as part of the APQP - and encourages the use of common terminology and standard forms to document project status.
Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is udes for reviewing components, assemblies and subsystems to identify potential failure modes in a system and their causes and effects. As ECS is using a software supported FMEA process, complex system correlations can be analyzed.
The measurement system analysis (MSA) is used as a thorough assessment of a measurement process to identify the components of variation in a measurement system.
Poka-yoke is a Japanese term that means "mistake-proofing" or "inadvertent error prevention". Poka-yoke systems are used on a high automation level to help an equipment operator avoid mistakes and defects by preventing, correctiong or drawing attention to human errors as they occur.

Supplier Quality Management
Our Supplier Quality Development (SQD) process ensures efficient operations, continual performance monitoring and standardized communications with our suppliers. It encompasses strategic planning and continual optimization of all processes and methods by using a global quality software platorm (QPF).
