Right from the beginning of function development and integration of new concepts we take ISO26262 into account. Our approach is to find the best suitable, optimized and state of the art solution for our customers from prototype phase to serial development.

Based on customer targets for a system or for the desired vehicle we start to specify requirements to focus the development on core functions and to fulfil all requests in the most efficient way. For the software development we are using  a model-based approach to meet all system requirements. ​​​​​​​

To validate the implemented functions we offer model-in-the-loop (MiL), software-in-the-loop (SiL) as well as hardware-in-the-loop (HiL).

For the system tests we can offer our e-drive testing facilities​​​​​​​ which includes a high voltage battery simulator and a dyno to test the e-drive under load. The key advantage of validating the system on a test bench prior to vehicle build up is to minimize the time it takes for vehicle commissioning and calibration. 

The vehicle integration tests and final parameterization for all the implemented functions will be done on the vehicle on our, or on the test track from the customer.
